VTG Red Feather Toque Pillbox Hat 1950s Unique Small Head- it's gorgeous but the long ( do not know what kind) skinny feathers are loose...about 4 1/2" tall, maybe best for parts. The red feathers are somewhat iridescent with an orange tinge.
