Hardcover in original first edition dust jacket, not price clipped.
Published by Atlantic, Little Brown and Company. 1961 Sixth Printing (so stated).
The dust jacket has some light soiling and toning. The dust jacket spine has a light crease and some spine end wear, two closed 1/2" tears to either side of the jacket spine at the top and on closed 1/2" tear at the edge of the bottom of the jacket spine. There is some rubbing to the jacket spine affecting the author's name and publisher. The jacket is not price-clipped and reads $3.75 with the "TIJ" to the left of the price. No tape repairs on verso of the jacket.
Overall a very nice copy of an early printing of this classic, made into a Disney film about three animals. A charming story.
