The toy figure is in fairly good condition, and comes with the original paper instructions, but it seems to be missing its hands and feet. I am unsure of the age of the little toy, but it was made in Western Germany. It is 3.25" tall, and 2.5" wide. It is a nice little vintage toy, with the original instructions, and is a nice little collectible piece.
