It is in very good condition, with no cracks, but two of the small buildings have chips in the rim of the roof lines, and very little wear other than that. It comes with a COA, and is 6" tall at the highest point, 6.5" front to back at the base, and 4.5" wide at the base. It is a wonderful collectible piece, and a great replica of one of America's historic Lighthouses.
