ITEM DESCRIPTION:: -------- Fenton (signed on the side) made this souvenir for the Heart of America Carnival Glass Assoc--one of the largest and oldest such clubs....Carnival glass clubs usually make several hundred souvenirs each year as a fund raiser in commemorating their annual conventions........ No chips or cracks or on this pretty bell (it does have a 1.5" straw type mark to left of Fenton's head)......The original selling price in 1986 was approx 35.00....Hoacga had bells made in different colors for 5 years (1985 thru 1989), honoring a different glass company each year that had made carnival glass many years ago. This blue colored bell consists of 3 designs--a Good Luck emblem (the club trademark). a portrait of Frank Fenton of the Fenton Glass Co, and a circular vine containing a Fenton 8 mark....The bell ringer is a piece of glass hung from a metal chain...
