Aspirin Cardio tablets are used to inhibit blood clotting (platelet aggregation) in the following situations: ? unstable angina ? acute myocardial infarction, ? prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction, ? after coronary artery surgery, ? prevention of transient ischemic attacks and stroke, early stage of the latter condition, ? prevention of coronary artery thrombosis in patients with high risk factors, ? prevention of venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism after long-term limb splinting. Composition: The active substance is acetylsalicylic acid. Each tablet contains 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid. The other ingredients are cellulose powder, maize starch, 30% dispersion of a 1: 1 copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate, talc, triethyl citrate. It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets daily or 3 tablets every other day. Prevention of venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism after long-term limb splinting. 1-3 tablets per day. Patients with kidney problems Aspirin Cardio should not be used in patients who have severe problems with their kidneys.
