Contraindications Sab simplex should not be used in known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient dimethicone or any of the excipients. Drug interactions have been observed to date. Dosage and administration Sab simplex suspension is specifically indicated for naturally and artificially fed infants and the elderly. Unless otherwise specified, please follow the instructions for use: DOSAGE: Infants (for bottle-feed babies and breast-feed babies) and children from 3 weeks - 3 years old: FOR BREAST-FEED BABIES -15 drops with a small spoon directly to baby's mouth before each feed FOR BOTTLE-FEED BABIES - 15 drops (0.6 ml) added to each bottle of regular baby's drink (e.g. milk, water, juice) Sab simplex drops are very pleasant taste (vanilla) and your baby will love it! This dose is given every 4 - 6 hours!!! Children 3-5 years old: 15-20 drops (0.6- 0.8 ml) Children 6-12 years old: 20-30 drops (0.8 - 1.2 ml) Adults: 30-45 drops (1.2 - 1.8 ml)
