Cap has been used, but it looks and works good. It has some scratches on exterior. I see some cracks on the plastic part, that locks it on the lens. So it is not as tight as it used to be. But cap still locks on the lens. It is not loose. This Lens Cap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it a 6, on a scale from 1 to 10.
