This matched pair of new old stock-testing, new in box Philips JAN 5654W / 6AK5W MILSPEC black plate vacuum tubes was tested on our TV-7/U. Tubes measured: Tube One: 34 (Philips 5654W stenciled on glass with codes 34167 8225 AEM) Tube Two: 33 (Philips 5654W stenciled on glass with codes 34167 8225 AEM) Minimum is 22 (65%); NOS is between 30 (90%) and 33+ (100%). Tube One tests 103% and Tube Two tests 100%. Listened to pair in our Mighty Might Mini 2013; are dead quiet when the amps are muted; and have excellent frequency response, sound-staging, presence and dynamics. No mircophonics in sound testing. Pair have a black plate, single top halo getter and chrome dome tops. Excellent stenciling with same date batch codes. These tubes are great for in home audio and even at high volumes - enjoy.
