Gorgeous, unique, antique, Carved WOODEN trinket box featuring a glass mirror top (with wood frame) with a unique, Victorian colored mirror etching. Which is unusual as most have a print behind the glass top. Has nice details and gold color accents on the carving. Inside, it has a main mirror and two divided mirror spaces. Hinges are in great condition as are the fabric hinges and pull. It is in excellent vintage condition with only minor age, discoloration and wear to the interior glass mirrors and some mild chips in the wood that do not effect the functionality of the box. Nails old and intact. Mild scratches and discoloration to the mirrored glass top. Mild water stain on the bottom paper covering. Otherwise, made very well with high-quality materials. Very nice shape lines! Joints are strong . Lid closes nice and snug with a fabric pull-to-open. Very old, no cracks. Box is about 10 1/2" long, 8 1/2" deep and 3" tall. SOLD AS IS.
