This allows you to play the audio from that device over the car stereo. Connect devices like: MP3 players (iPod, Zune, etc), satellite tuners, DVD player audio, etc. You will have volume control from the radio and steering wheel controls, if applicable. This product works in CD Changer (CDC) mode. Consequently your radio MUST be remote CD Changer capable. This is usually indicated by DISC^ and DISCv print on a couple buttons but there could be other buttons indicating the capability as well. Please email if you have questions about your radio. Your remote CD Changer (separate from radio), satellite radio tuner and DVD player, if so equipped, would all need to be disconnected to use this product.
