Item Description Engine Right Cylinder Head This is a used Original BMW part. This cylinder head was taken from a running and driving 1997 540i with 167,750 miles. The mating surfaces are straight. All of the bolt holes and threads are good. There are no cracks. This engine sat for a long time. It had significant carbon and oil sludge buildup. This motor did not overheat. Some of the valves are not completely sealing, possibly due to the carbon buildup, they are not bent. We recommend fully dismantling the head, cleaning and inspecting it. The camshafts and lifters are not included. Guaranteed good working condition.
