This is a raised cake plate with a fleur delis design. The design can be seen and felt. It has no chips. There are a couple of tiny scratches obviously made by a cake knife slicing off a piece of cake. It would present your danish or donuts or cookies in a lovely fashion if you are not a cake person. I was told it is from Bryce Higbee but it is not signed. It would be from the early 1900's. I like that it has a raised edge making a rim keeping things from sliding off.
