This will fit a misses' with the following measurements: Sz 8 (b 31 oe, w 24, hip 33 oe) Sz 10 (b 32 oe, w 25, hip 34 oe) Dress, below mid-calf or lower calf, has collar on shaped band, shoulder pads, loose-fitting, blouson bodice, elastic (seamed) waist, flared gored skirt and 3/4 or long sleeves with stiffening at cap and button cuffs.
