TESTING Run full diagnostic checks, upgrade drivers, and use all functions to test for any errors. 4. QUALITY CONTROL Operational review, verification, and sign-off of our senior technician before proceeding to packaging. 5. PACKAGING To this end, we prepare the machine for appropriate shipping protection. Wrapping, palletizing, and crating to ensure that your refurbished machine arrives the same way it left out facility. WARRANTY : Warranties differ with the condition of the machine purchased; 90-day labor and parts warranty is offered for brand new items, and 30-day parts warranty for other item conditions. ABD Office Solutions, Inc. is not liable, in any case the machine shows declined performance or shows usual wear-and-tear after the warranty has elapsed. RETURNS : Our return policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval.
