Warranty exchanges are accepted during this period but only for the exact same item and only if we confirm the problem here. Don't buy it just because it's cheap. A difference in functionality because of a difference in part number does not qualify as a functional defect. Some Ford radios require programming. We have found that is not usually the case with this radio but, if you should find you need programming to activate a feature, that is outside our control. It's Ford's doing.
