This is a cardboard rectangle with a knife sharpener in the center cut out. It was issued to sell Atlas Buckron Tires that were sold by this Esso service station. It is alleged tha these tires are "no squeal". Claims that they stop faster than their competitor and stop as fast on a wet surface as the competitor does on dry surfaces. That is quite a claim!
