Item description

This is a very tall example of a reservist?s krug depicting the The S.M.S. Roon....a Heavy Cruiser, the lead Cruiser of the Roon Class Cruisers. It was commissioned in 1906, served during WWI, and scrapped in 1921. I don't know the exact history on this mug but it seems to have been painted by a German Navy Reservist named Buschke in 1952. In not 100% sure on that. Crazing, wear, paint loss. Very nice piece. No longer for consumption due to flaking. Approx 8.5" tall. 1952 **All items pictured are fully usable and/or functional unless otherwise noted** See top of description for any remarkable flaws Inspect pics closely and ask any questions before buying or offering Tons more toys, collectibles, paper, antique, vintage ephemera, maps, engravings, prints, vinyl, vhs, media, books, bags, handmade and more!
