This sale is for a hard-to-find 1944 Broadside Booklet from Rice Institute Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps. This is the first commissioned class from February 1944 from Rice during World War II. I couldn't find a date but I researched the information about it being the first commissioned class and information on the internet said that the class consisted of "80 men who were commissioned as officers in the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps. Rice was selected to participate in the V-12 Commissioning Program for World War II in 1943." See photographs for condition issues.
