Hide Away Book Looks Like A Real Novel But Has Small Cache For Valuables---At first glance you think you are picking up a popular hardback novel. Flip it open and you can see the traditional description of a novel, including suggested retail prices for the U.S. and China. Forty pages later the suspense is over. The book has a small plastic tray for hiding small items like cash, keys and credit cards. The hide awat tray is 4-3/4 x 7-5/8 inches and only 1/4 in deep. The book is hollow below the tray and it PROBABLY is possible to cut out the tray BUT THE TRAY DOES NOT EASILY LIFT OUT. But it is still a great hideaway. The book is 9.5 in long, 6-1/2 inches wide and one and five eights inches deep. On your bookshelf it looks like just another favorite book.
