Or thaw frozen broccoli. 2) Stir the fix into 300 ml cold water, bring the sauce to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 min. 3) Place the broccoli in a shallow casserole dish, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with 50g grated cheese (16% fat). Bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 225C (convection oven: 200C) for 15-20 minutes. Potatoes or rice go well with this.
