This pichwai an intriguing ensemble and it looks to depict the celebration of the autumnal festival of Sharad Purnima, the swing ceremony of Radha and Krishna on the night of the full moon (see photos and determine the scene depicted in this painting). The Hindu celebration is for the end of the monsoon season. The painting is painted on cloth. The painting is not signed by the artist (see photos). The artwork is displayed on a wooden stretcher (see photos). The stretcher frame is too large for me to ship to you for free. If you pick the stretcher up in person, I will include the stretcher. I will not ship the stretcher to you (I can ship the painting as the measurements are under the limits). I will remove the painting from the stretcher frame and carefully roll up the painting to ship the painting portion only to you.
