It will not operate on the IVX 20 or IVX 128 or any of the later digital phone systems. 16 programmable keys LCD display Speaker Program/Help Transfer/Conference Record/Monitor Call forward Flash/Redial Mute/Do not disturb Hold Voicemail Each phone has some signs of wear such as scratches and discolorations. What you see is what you will receive. Both phone have has clear plastic missing. I will also include one cable phone line. One phone has small crack in the screen(does not interfere with functions in any way). Both have sticker marks on the back
