Inertia Screws new 'True Size' line of colored button head screws are designed to be true to length, driver size, and are manufactured with tighter tolerances using high strength materials and finishes. We grew tired of paying top dollar for a small number screws only to have the heads wear out or twist off during normal use and maintenance. And having screws loosen under use only to find that the shafts and lengths were undersized minimizing the the full contact of the threads. NO MORE We wanted a quality screw and finish that we could offer at a reasonable price. We evaluated many different manufactures and designs before determining that a new design was needed. After several revisions and prototypes we settled on one that could be produced from 7075-T651 Aluminum (83,000 psi tensile strength) and could be made with a 50% tighter head tolerance all while offering a 'True Size' thread and length.
