This is a Microplane 40020 Classic grater zester with original blade cover. It is approximately 12 1/2" long with approximately 8" blade. The handle is black. The cover has printed on it "razor sharp stainless steel blade" and "for grating parmesan zest coconut." The cover further states that it is made in the U.S.A. This item is pre-owned but never used. When I retired, I purchased lots of kitchen and cooking gadgets. I thought that I would hone my culinary skills. It turned out that the last thing I wanted to do is cook. The gadgets were packed away. I am downsizing and am selling the gadgets. Non-smoking household.
