A Middle Eastern Splatterware Bowl....i'm comfortably dating@about1700-1800.....purchased in penn state erroneously as british........ poss. of islamic origin.........i had more to learn back in 95,when collecting english ceramic........a very old item ,all chips only a few, are all period wear/tear......no new damage.......3 firing points visible@ bottom is a period technique as cyber -research will show.......upon inspection ull see micro scratch traffic on glaze......its appearance backs its time frame......glaze flaking upon long term storage/poss.but she's unfriendly.......and thin glaze firing..........but she's the real McCOY............THANKS. 12 in- x 4 in D. welldressedattic. ship/hard/plate
