This rare medal token from the 1988 Midland Empire State Fair celebrates the Lewis Clark Expedition and is a must-have for any collector of historical memorabilia. The obverse shows the two famous explorers, and the words LEWIS CLARK EXPEDITION on the top, THE GREAT MIDLAND EMPIRE on the right side and WHERE THESE FEET HAVE TROD on the bottom. The reverse shows the gate to the Exposition, with trees and flags on both sides, and the words MIDLAND EMPIRE STATE FAIR AND RODEO on the top, REDEEMABLE IN TRADE ONLY AT MIDLAND EMPIRE STATE FAIR OFFICE UNTIL 5PM AUGUST 12 1969.
