The front metal grill is easily removeable making for quick cleaning and lubricating the axle when necessary. The fan vertically tilts up/down. The chrome metal stand has 3 rubber slip-resistant, desktop/tabletop protectors. Overall Dimensions of Fan (when level): 4.5" (H) x 3.5" (W) x 4" (D), 3" Circumference Ungrounded, 2-prong power cord is about 75" long Pre-shipping weight of fan and cord is about 1.3lbs. Never used (we removed from original box for testing). Fan and switch (located on electrical cord) work. Commensurate with age, box has shelf-wear throughout.
