Products supplied are warranted to be free from material and manufactured defects. Damage caused by abuse or alteration is not covered by warranty. Liability is limited only to the replacement or repair of the purchased part. No claim for shipping, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, consequential, incidental damage, or any cost of purchase will be accepted. RETURNS: Any return must have prior company authorization and any part claimed to be defective sent prepaid freight for inspection along with a copy of purchasing invoice and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If you should purchase an item for a vehicle not listed or a vehicle where the options differ from those listed, and it does not fit, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The item must be returned in an unused condition and include the undamaged original item box inside the original shipping box. Used or installed items can only be exchanged for the same part. Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
