From Wewoka St Pawn of Oklahoma we have a Car Rear View Mirror Hanger Shaker Decoration made by Dan Franks, a Seminole tribal member. This is made of wood, embroidery thread, glass beads, black leather. These are made from huge paper shell pecans, which have been cleaned, emptied, and turned in to rattles, that do rattle when shaken. The feather is made with wood that has been scorched and painted. They measure 6" long without the threads and have a 20" leather to tie. The beadwork is done in Cream, Black, Red, Orange, Blue Yellow colors. The painting is done in Yellow, Red, Turquoise colors. The threads are done in Black Red Blue colors. This is hand made so each one is unique, the artist does take requests. Check out his earrings using Native Pecans.
