Garfield 20 cents stamp, with a Freedom of speech and religion from want and fear 1 cent stamp. I think that it dates to the 1940s, and it is in good condition. It has been used and is stuck/taped onto a portion of envelope. It does have a postmark stamp on it but is otherwise in good condition. It would be a nice addition to a vintage stamp collection.
