The yard is cut as advised in the diretions, (which are present) and lost the needle which wasn't there when I bought it. There are only 2 pieces of plastic canvas so you'll need to buy a new needle and more plastic sheets. The yarn appears to be all present although I don't know for sure and the direction and patterns are included. Grab this now and work on it at your leisure all summer.
