Item description

Phillips 66 had a customer building campaign in May and June of 1967. It was "All The Good Guys Sell White Hats". There were white plastic cowboy hats available for purchase at your gas station and the owner/operator gave away these sleeves filled with matches to their customers. The sleeve isn't perfect. It has a little water damage on the back, at the edge, but it is full of 6 unused match books with an image of the white cowboy hat on the front and back. The photo of the individual match book is not from the sleeve. It is a spare I had which is smudged. The ones in the sleeve are not smudged. I didn't take them out of the sleeve. They were produced by Atlas Match Corp of Arlington TX. We must collect 6% Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax at checkout. Thanks for stopping by!
