This is an exquisite, pristine Bear that features minor spelling errors, and is ready to spread it's goodwill. This retired VERY rare beanie has recently been found in a large Midwestern collection in pristine, museum quality, includes a plastic display cube. His “Fall” color scheme is also a RARE variation as most Peace bears from this era fall into a pastel color scheme. Peace Bear was the first Beanie Baby ever with an embroidered emblem. Every Peace bear is unique because of its Ty-dye fabric, no two are exactly alike. This “Peace Bear” is even more rare due to it’s Tag Errors, color combination, Hue and sewing errors making the bear’s face scrunchy looking Peace was released on 11th of May, 1997. His Birthday is on 1st of February, 1996. He was retired on 14th of July, 1999. Peace bears come in two general color variations: pastel tie-dyed or tie-dyed. The tie-dyed versions can also be considered “vivid” or “neon”. Due to his tie-dyed nature, no two Peace bears are the same and a lot of what they sell for can be down to the individual buyer and whether they like the colors. Peace can occasionally be found with no emblem. This error is desirable to collectors. Errors: 1 Original is misspelled with TWO “II’”s on the front STAR on the tag 2 Surface has been misspelled, it is spelled Suface” on the tag 3 There is an extra space between DOB and “:” on the tag 4 "!" to close together after the word "abound" in the poem on the tag 5 Has “,” after INC. on tush tag, 6 Missing “,” after Oakbrook, on tush tag, 7 Has a “,” after IL instead of a “.” on tush tag NOTE: Peace will be shipped with signature confirmation and insurance.
