This is a Salter digital kitchen scale. It is battery operated and has new batteries. ($ 10.66) It takes 2 CR 2032 3v Lithium batteries. It has an on/zero, off, and KG/LB buttons. It has a low battery warning and an overload warning. I do not have the original box or leaflet. It has a maximum capacity of 5 lb. or 2 kg. It displays in 1/8 oz. increments. If using kilograms, it displays in 1 gram increments up to 1 kilogram and then in 2 gram increments 1 kilogram to 2 kilograms. It has no cracks, chips, or scratches. There is a small scuff mark on the right side of the black weight plate. See Photos. It measures approximately 7 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 1 1/2". The round weight plate measures approximately 5 3/4" across. I am downsizing and I found 5 food scales. This one was shoved in the back of the pantry. I am selling most everything. Non-smoking household.
