These were sold individually blister carded as well as loose in bulk display boxes, and in five different colors. Each has a hole on the bottom so that it can be attached to a pencil or a pen. The heads are 1.25" high. We purchased these new when first released and they have been in our possession since in new, unused condition and stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
