You are buying a circa 1930s-50s set of (4) cut pattern called Festival by Tiffin Glass Co. These have the controlled bubble stem which is an intentional ply made air pocket bubble in the stem. You can see how this was made by the dimple circle on the foot. This was a special technique skill in glass making. The condition is VERY GOOD no chips, no cracks, no sick glass.
