Item description

You will be purchasing an old copy of the Todd School Centennial Edition of The Todd Record ... their year book. Todd School was a renowned private academy for boys that closed more than 50 years ago. It operated from 1848 to 1954. One of it's most famous residents was Orsen Wells who started there in 1926 at age 11. The school is credited with nurturing his artistic talents through plays and radio dramas which were integral to his career. Other famous alumni include cartoonist Gahan Wilson and Fermilab founder Robert R. Wilson. I'm sure you will enjoy reading about the activities of the time period and seeing many of the pictures and cartoons. Thanks for stopping by Johns Attic and considering this item.
