Vintage WHITING DAVIS CO. Gold metallic mesh, kiss-lock clasp, and rolo link chain strap. Pink interior lining. In original box. It looks new and unused. I am thinking it is 40s-50s.
The history of this bag is: the former owner was a buyer for Bloomingdales in the '70s-2000s. She traveled extensively worldwide and was a purse designer herself. She got a lot of samples and one-of-a-kind items and all of them will be sold through my store, so stay tuned!
