This is a Val St Lambert Elegance TCPL clear Fluted Champagne stem. The Elegance TCPL pattern has cut arched panels with a multi-sided stem and a round base. Elegance TCPL has been discontinued. The flute is 8 1/4" tall x 2" across. VSL has several similar patterns, including Gevaert TCPL and Nestor TCPL. Please measure and ask questions if you are trying to match existing stems. The sizes of various stems are different in each pattern. However, the patterns are so similar that I think they could be mixed. Val St Lambert is fine Belgian crystal stemware. The Elegance TCPL stemware was purchased in the early 1960s. It was rarely used, if at all. Etched VSL on underside of base on 4 stems and Val St Lambert etched on the underside of base on 4 stems.
