80s 90s Eileen West dark green velvet drop waist shift dress with spaghetti straps and offset pearl and loop buttons. The buttons function all the way to the drop waste seem before it falls to a fuller skirt. Lined and has a nice drape and stretch to it. The velvet is Ray and silk blend and the lining is 100% rayon. Made in the USA. Tag size 10. Laying flat measures 48 inches shoulder to him, 18 inches armpit to armpit and 17 inches across the natural waist. I love this dress! It is so unique and the dark green is hard to capture in photos, but it is a lustrous jewel tone.
