A hard to find ceramic piece having an unusual attachment in the form of a sewing needle the woman is holding - it is actually a short piece of thin metal rod and not sharp. I do not think the symbols on the book are intended to mean anything. About 7" tall in Good to Very Good condition with some wear but mostly to less significant areas. Lights were on strong for the photos, the colors are a bit more restrained. It is as I received it, I haven't done any cleaning, there is actually a little dust on it here and there in the hollows but there is no point in brushing it off now, it somewhat protects the color. I could not find any other examples of this specific piece available. USA only, it is not light and overseas it would not be cheap. Not exactly cheap to ship to the West Coast either but not too bad.
