This phone comes in original box with styrofoam. I tested it and can confirm that the phone and handset work great and the music plays when a phone call is received or when the demo button is pressed. The only issue is that Snoopy and Woodstock do not dance anymore. The box has a little bit of wear and is taped in some spots.
