The CD-ROM was created 1991 with the tag of "MERIDIAN_DATA_CD_PUBLISHER". It mounts fine on MS-DOS, although anything modern won't like it. The data is incredibly tiny, it's actually only 4MB of content. For those wondering here are the terror groups.
