Please note there are scratches, scuffs and missing parts and accessories. Instructions included! The head flashes red but that is all that works. Please see video in this listing. The movement power switch does not appear to be working. Its battery compartment is very clean. The lights battery compartment had batteries inside that were corroded so not as clean. It took a piece of aluminum foil to get the lights to work because the battery contact is weak.
