Ave, N.W. Washington, D.C. See patches on his sleeves. Something for the folks at home to remember him by. Very touching. It appears his mother signed a similar folder as this: "Doris E. Chapman" - This young sailor could be Ed Chapman, or his brother. Not sure. As there was a 3rd photo very similar. Minor signs of wear on outer folder. Folder size folded is: approx. 7.5 x 10 inches.
