Wilton Armetrle 11" pewter plate, Sam Rayburn House, original packaging (plastic) with original brochure dated 1975 inside. I see no damage. This plate weighs 1 pound 12 oz unpacked. I do not ship outside the lower 48 states. I am trying to sell a number of items that I have accumulated over many years, I certainly don't hold myself out to be an expert in anything, however, I do describe to the best of my ability.
